Santo Domingo Motors is Grupo Ambar’s founding company. It was founded on September 12, 1920, to represent General Motor’s vehicle brand of Chevrolet.

Currently, it has the distribution of Nissan, Chevrolet, Cadillac, Suzuki and Infiniti vehicles brands, and Yamaha motorcycles. We also offer spare parts and after-sales services.

In addition, Santo Domingo Motors sells various tire brands such as Toyo, Cooper, Jinyu, Armor and Chengshan; batteries such as AC Delco and Megavolt, and Thule vehicle accessories. The company has a distribution network made up of three of its own operating dealers and independent dealers.

It has a pre-owned vehicle division to support the sales of new vehicles through the reception of used ones and to facilitate the acquisition of a vehicle for those who are looking for a vehicle of opportunity.

It has a repair and paint shop that operates under the name of Motor Paint.
