Santiago Center

The opening of the project is scheduled for 2024 and will be located at the intersection of the two main avenues of the city of Santiago, Estrella Sadhalá and Juan Pablo Duarte, 20 minutes away from the Cibao International Airport and 1 hour away from the Puerto Plata International Airport.

Santiago Center will have 110 thousand m2 of construction and will operate under the concept of urban mixed-use, with a Curio Collection by Hilton brand hotel and a commercial area with 30 thousand m2 of GLA.

It will be the first commercial building in Santiago and the Cibao region to be certified as “Green Building” under the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards.

Santiago Center is a joint venture with Centro Cuesta Nacional (CCN), a Dominican business group focused on the retail industry.
