Santiago Center

Santiago Center is located at the intersection of the two main avenues in the city of Santiago: Estrella Sadhalá and Juan Pablo Duarte. It is an urban mixed-use project developed on 38,000 m2 plot of land.

It features the Hotel Santiago, Curio Collection by Hilton, which opened its doors in December 2024. It has 177 rooms, event halls, a swimming pool, a gym, a gift shop, a micro-gallery, a restaurant, and the first Arturo Fuente Cigar Lounge in the Hilton chain worldwide.

Santiago Center also includes Agora Santiago Center, a shopping mall that opened in April 2025. It has 34,000 m2 of GLA and 1,400 covered parking spaces.

Santiago Center is a joint investment with Centro Cuesta Nacional (CCN), a Dominican business group focused on the retail industry.
