Ágora Mall is located at the intersection of the two main avenues of the city of Santo Domingo, John F. Kennedy and Abraham Lincoln. It is one of the shopping centers with the most important influx of people in the country. It was inaugurated in August 2012 and has 120 thousand m2 of construction, four commercial levels with 180 stores and 40 thousand m2 of GLA and 1,800 covered parking spaces.
It is the first shopping center in Central America and the Caribbean to be certified as a “Green Building” under the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards.
Ágora Mall is a joint venture with Centro Cuesta Nacional (CCN), a Dominican business group focused on the retail industry.
